Wearing a skirt in the winter can be kind of tricky if you live somewhere that’s, well, wintery. But people are doing it anyway this year—because skirts are very popular. They may even be more popular than pants right now. I’ve noticed that stylish women are getting creative with how they style skirts as it gets colder, and I’m intrigued as I’ve acquired quite a few new skirts myself recently.
