60-year-old man killed in Harnett County hit-and-run

HARNETT COUNTY, N.C. (WTVD) — A man is dead after being hit by a car and left in a ditch in Harnett County.

North Carolina State Highway Patrol told Eyewitness News, 60-year-old Bryan Lee Swecker was hit and killed just before 11 a.m. along Bunnlevel Erwin Road.

There’s no word on a description of the car that hit him, but highway patrol troopers and Harnett County sheriff’s deputies believe this was a hit and run.
