Three residents of a century-old apartment building in Davenport, Iowa, which partially collapsed Sunday remain unaccounted for, authorities said Thursday. Just days before the collapse, an engineer reported that portions of the building’s façade appeared “ready to fall imminently.” Roxana Saberi has more.
