21 Savage has announced that his new album, American Dream, will drop on Friday, January 12. The news arrives just a day after the rapper shared a trailer for the biographical film American Dream: The 21 Savage Story, which stars Donald Glover and Stranger Things‘ Caleb McLaughlin. Check out the album’s cover art below.
Since releasing I Am > I Was in 2018, 21 Savage has teamed up with Metro Boomin for Savage Mode 2 and Drake for Her Loss. In 2019, the rapper made headlines when he was arrested by ICE agents in Georgia.
