She is also a former member of the firm’s Board of Directors. Wilson-Jones advises privately held and private equity-backed companies across industries including media and entertainment, aerospace, and manufacturing. She is widely respected for her expertise in mergers and acquisitions, revenue recognition, and complex restructuring. Beyond her technical excellence, Wilson-Jones’ leadership within the firm has included serving as the former national media and entertainment practice leader, a role she held until mid-2023. She also led RSM’s First-Choice Advisor Journey, coaching professionals nationwide to deepen client relationships through collaboration, curiosity and courageous thinking.
