Christmas Parades Near Greenville, SC

We’ll be updating this list throughout the season. Parades are listed in date order.

Christmas Parade in Mauldin, SC (December 2, 2022 at 1-3 pm) – Starts at Mauldin High School and ends at the Mauldin Cultural Center.

Greenville Poinsettia Christmas Parade (December 3, 2022 at 6 pm) – This parade has taken place for over 75 years in Greenville. The route is on Main Street from the intersection with Augusta to the intersection at North Street.

City of Anderson Christmas Parade (December 4, 2022 at 3 pm ) – Line up on Main Street to see the Christmas parade.

Christmas Parade in Greer (December 4, 2022 at 12:30 pm) – The 2022 Greer Christmas Parade, “A Toyland Christmas,” features over 90 parade units including numerous businesses, clubs, organizations, churches, schools, dignitaries, and marching bands. As always Santa Claus will be the featured guest of the parade. The parade route is 1.1 miles long, begins at Poinsett Street & Memorial Drive, and ends at N. Main Street & Cunningham Drive. This event benefits Greer Relief.

Christmas Parade in Simpsonville (December 4, 2022 at 3 pm) This year’s parade follows a new route: The parade will run north to south along NE & SE Main Street through downtown Simpsonville. The starting point for the parade will be on N.E. Main Street at S Pliney Circle, which is slightly different than previous years. The end point is on SE Main Street at the intersection of Fernwood and Richardson Streets (CVS/Veteran’s monument). This year’s theme of “Sounds of the Season” encourages you to celebrate your favorite holiday songs.

Fountain Inn Christmas Parade on Main Street in Fountain Inn (December 7, 2022 from 5:30 – 6:30 pm)

Travelers Rest Christmas Parade: Songs of Christmas (December 10, 2022 at 10:30 am)

Slater Marietta Christmas Parade (December 11, 2022 at 3 pm)

Landrum Christmas Parade (December 1, 2022 at 6 pm)

Inman Christmas Parade (December 3, 2022)

Boiling Springs Christmas Parade (December 3, 2022 at 10 am) One of Spartanburg’s most popular parades is the one that takes place in Boiling Springs.

Duncan Christmas Parade (December 3, 2022 at 10 am) Route will start at Byrnes High School. Christmas music, hot chocolate and more following the parade at Stoneledge Park.

Lyman Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting (December 3, 2022 at 5 pm) – Details have not been announced for 2022, but this event typically includes a parade followed by a tree lighting, photos with Santa, carriage and wagon rides, live music, and refreshments.

Campobello Christmas Parade (December 4, 2022 at 3 pm) After the parade, have your picture taken with Santa.

Gaffney Christmas Parade (December 2, 2022 at 6 pm) Celebrate “It’s Showtime!” with the parade, which is then followed by a festival with inflatables, rides, vendors, meet and greet with Santa, train ride, and more.

Reidville Christmas Parade (December 10, 2022 at 3 – 5 pm)

Woodruff Christmas Parade (2022 date and time TBA)

Spartanburg Christmas Parade (December 13, 2022 at 6:30 pm) This popular family favorite is back with more lights, more lights, and even more joy!

Asheville Holiday Parade (November 19, 2022 at 11 am) – The parade features more than 100 entries including bands, dance and cheer squads, youth sports, nonprofits and businesses.

The City of Seneca Christmas Parade (November 28, 2022 at 6:30 pm) – The route goes from Oak Street to North First Street, then turns right onto Cherry Street, right on Main Street, and passes through RamCat Alley. The parade follows the 5 pm tree lighting ceremony.

Lorraine says, “Bring chairs for everyone, snacks, drinks, wear layers of clothing, bring hat/gloves/scarf, bring small toys that you don’t mind losing in a crowd, be prepared to hold child up or place on shoulders to see over the crowd unless you are in the front.”
